Each project starts with a free onsite evaluation of your needs. We will assess the needs and discuss solutions, budget, timelines, constraints, etc.

  • Generally we utilize job-specific worksheets/checklists to document all the requirements, measurements, etc. and to ensure no important detail is missed.
  • As needed we may take aerial/drone photographs/video of your property, perform measurements with laser equipment or utilize new technology that lets us measure and draw out your site. Other times the best tool for the job is a simple tape measure or rolling measure wheel.
  • We will establish what type of communication channel you prefer (text, email, online, phone calls, etc.).
  • If we feel we cannot provide the best solution for your project we will do our best to provide contacts for other providers that would potentially be a better fit If we feel we can provide a solution we will generate a written estimate back at our office and will send it to you electronically for review.
    • We want to ensure all parties fully understand and agree to the scope of work, timelines, etc. Spending time during this step of the process is critical to ensuring an optimal outcome with no surprises. Communication is key!
  • If the project is more complex we can either have an online meeting to review/discuss the estimate or can have a call/another onsite visit.
  • Once the estimate is finalized it can be approved online or from your phone.
  • Once an estimate is approved the initial payment as outlined in the estimate can be made electronically from your computer or phone using ACH, or any major credit/debit card.
  • On our end we will setup whatever communication/documentation prerequisites are required and will share this with you accordingly.  We will reach out and finalize scheduling and any other specific logistics required such as utility locates, material delivery, etc.
  • Once work begins we will keep you updated when we are onsite and will provide pictures, updates, etc. each day work is performed In most instances we generate time lapse video of the work and then edit/post this online in a private share that you have access to for no additional charge.
  • In many cases we also generate drone footage and edit/post this online in a private share that you have access to for no additional charge.
  • As work progresses if anything comes up that requires decisions or deviates from the agreed upon scope of work we will immediately reach out to communicate this and to determine the best path forward.
  • Once work is complete we will meet (online or in person, your choice) to discuss the final product and to make sure all expectations were met.
  • Final invoicing is the same as the initial payment and can be done online/from your phone.
